Yelling at the TV while watching the Bachelorette with friends has now been added to ‘weekly things to do” list. If you haven’t tried it, you really should. It’s liberating and makes you feel incredible.
If you’ve even seen one episode of the Bachelorette this season, you’ve probably caught on to the fact that Ashley is a “feely” person. She likes to feel something when she with them; she likes to emotionally feel the person; she also seems to like to feel them physically, because she has gotten her kissy kissy on. A drinking game could easily be made from what she is feeling.
You’re going to need a wonderfully healthful breakfast to scrub away all the guilt you have from watching the Bachelorette. Greek yogurt + fresh berries + granola makes me feel all squeaky clean.
Now, I already have an incredible granola recipe so for me to part from it even once, a new recipe would have to be pretty spectacular.
While on my quick trip back home, my gorgeous mother had some granola for me to eat in the morning. She had received a recipe from her friend and whipped it up herself.
I ate it and knew I had to try my hand at it. I also knew immediately what it should be named: coconutty. It has these large slices of coconut that are toasted to perfection and only add the nuttiness of this granola.
Another great thing about this recipe is that it could be easily adapted for those out there will nut allergies.
So make yourself feel good and eat this granola.
